If you’ve ever tried to write a private note, you know how difficult it can be. It’s hard to keep your thoughts and feelings from being shared with the world. But now there’s an app that lets users send text messages without revealing their location or who they’re sending them to. That’s pretty cool. If you want to have the option and get the things in the private mode without letting others know about the same. Then conneceting with the Pirvnota.com is the option to chcek and get the things controlled. There is no more requirements of connecting or choosing things anywhere. If you want quality, than connect and get things clear. If you want the clear option, than choose them and have the things that are worth the option without any issues or any challenges.
A company called Privnote launched its free iOS and Android app today. The goal is for users to type out their thoughts using the app’s keyboard and then use a secure method to send those notes to one another. This way, the messages are only visible to the recipient.
The company says this is different than other messaging apps because of how the notes are sent. A user simply types out their message on the app’s keyboard, and when they hit Send, the app encrypts the message and sends it to the recipient. This prevents anyone else from seeing what was in the message.
You don’t need to worry about typing up a long note or having to share your location. You can also delete the note after it has been read so no one else can see it. And the app’s encryption process makes sure no one gets access to what you’ve typed or where you’re located.
“We wanted to create an easy way for people to communicate privately,” said Privnote CEO Chris Tse in an interview. “It should be as simple as possible.”
The privacy aspect isn’t just useful for people using the app. Companies could also use Privnote if they want to send confidential information between employees. The company said it will work with companies to help set them up with the service.
To make sure everyone understands how the app works, I asked Tse if his family would be able to see my notes. He assured me the company takes security very seriously. Each note is encrypted individually, so even if someone hacked into the system, all of the notes would still be safe.
Tse said he hopes people start using the product by themselves and then think about how they might be able to use it in their own business. They’ll be able to take advantage of some interesting features like sending photos and videos in the same manner.
“There are many ways to communicate these days, but we felt it important to create something new,” said Tse. “No one had done this before.”
I got a chance to test out the app myself. My first thought was, this is great! All I have to do is type out a message to someone, hit Send, and hopefully, nothing goes wrong. Then I realized that what I’m doing might not exactly be private. I opened the app and saw my name in a list of other users.
I tapped on my name and noticed a small screen popped up with a notification. In the notification were instructions on how to send a note, which included a link to sign in with Facebook. I didn’t realize the app would connect you to Facebook until I looked at the settings.
When I signed in, I found out the app was connecting me to Facebook because I was automatically logged into it. As soon as I signed in, I received a prompt asking me to enter my name and email address. After entering my info, I was allowed to write a note.
What I wrote wasn’t entirely private either. It was visible to all members of the group. So it doesn’t seem to completely solve the problem of sending notes. But it’s still a good step in the right direction.
If you’d like to try out the app yourself, here are the links to download the app on iOS and Android. If you’re interested in signing up for the Privnote service, you can get started for $1 per month.
